Important: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

Our Return Policy

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Interieurparfum en geuren (Interior perfumes and scents)
  • Geurolie (Scented oils)
  • Geurstokjes (Scent sticks)
  • Geurbranders (Scent burners)
  • Geurverspreiders (Scent diffusers)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
  3. Package your item securely in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  4. Ship your return to our address (include the RMA number clearly on the package):

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • PayPal payments: Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your return and will appear in your PayPal account immediately.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item using a prepaid shipping label we provide
